Loaner cars are not available, making it really difficult to schedule service. I raised this issue couple of times with people who are servicing but seems like management decision to cut down on loaner cars. If loaner cars are available, you drop your car for servicing and pick loaner and move on with your day as normal. It may seems cost savings in short run, but I think it will hit bottom line in long run.
