The service department was backed up today. I found that out later after my 3rd call for an update. I dropped my car off at 8:45-am. I collected it at 3:30pm and I had to cancel the wheel alignment that I had scheduled because there was not enough time for the tech to get that completed. I understand that’s not Josh’s fault but an update even a text message with an explanation and an estimated of completion would have been appreciated.

My car was towed into livermore audi due to fluid leak caused by others. Josh took down my information and advised possible service solutions based on what is discovered during the service inspection.
