I normally have exceptional service with Audi Livermore, but yesterday must have been an off day. My appointment was at 11:45am. I called 6 times between 2:30pm - 4:00pm every single time I was transferred to a voicemail that went no where and said “you have reached AVAYA voicemail...”
I needed to check on the status of my car to figure out if I needed to hitch a ride home or not - before all my coworkers left. I finally gave up and got a ride home.
Was only looking for some direction and couldn’t get anyone to update me at all. Was a bit frustrating.

It was impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone to get updates on when I could pick my car up. Very poor communication from the team and it was clear I wasn’t the only one having this issue, as a women walked in infuriated because she was having the same issue. Poor phone system and disappointing customer service, which is too bad because this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this here.
