Ismael and the entire staff were extremely courteous and thorough, quick and knowledgeable about my vehicle, and helped in more ways I was aware I needed help. I plan to stay with the Audi brand as long as I live and I will most certainly be coming to Livermore Audi for all of my needs. I truly cannot say enough about the entire experience, above and beyond. Every other dealership needs to take a page out of Livermore Audi’s book. Thank you for making the entire experience feel like nothing more than having smart, kind and caring people working on my vehicle with the same care that I would.

Nancy was fantastic. I am displeased with the web scheduling platform. Particularly as it relates to available loaner cars. Had I been aware one wasn’t available I wouldn’t have booked an appointment. Additionally, I had requested a trade in appraisal and it was not provided or mentioned. Due to the unexpected wait for my service I chose not to express my frustration about the lack of a quote in order to facilitate a pleasant experience. Again none of this is Nancy, my original booked agent was Ismael and she was the only one at the desk and went out of her way to take care of the service and was exceptionally complimentary and polite she deserves full marks.

I purchased my Audi TT in April of 2001 and it has only been serviced by Livermore Audi for these past 20 years. Over these years I worked with Sam, Michael and now Johnny. I worked in Pleasanton and Livermore Audi was convenient, but have since retired with Fremont Audi 10 minutes away but continue to return to Livermore Audi because I trust Johnny and value his opinion. Livermore Audi is very lucky to have/had such high quality individuals run their service department.
