No one called to let me know my vehicle was ready. I called no one answered. Called again and asked main operator if service was closed. After I picked up car A text came through. I had to scramble to get help picking up car. Suggestion- let customer know in advance to expect a text v call. It may have been a phone service issue with the text? My business travel was delayed due to mixup. Appreciated the car wash very much.
