This was my 2nd visit to this Audi location for the first exact same thing. My 2nd visit was far more courteous, responsive, and addressed all the 3 items I came for - add blue, recall, quote for the diesel tank assembly. In fact, I was not too excited to return after my first visit yet Joshua completely turned the experience around. This time I also got a virtual report on all the inspection points as part of my visit. My only request would be if the next time Audi can vacuum the interior of the car along with the quick wash. These things go a long way in picking the Audi location for service. Thanks Joshua, I really appreciate the customer care and would recommend the location/you as service rep.
