John Chang was not the person who worked with us. His name was Jose. He never gave us a business card, nor did he follow up with contact information, as promised. The four hour experience was tiring and disrespectful. The place was cold, we were hungry, and not a cup of coffee was offered. Noone explained to us why it was taking so long.
A USB iPhone charger missing from my car after the service. I have asked today, in writing, to have it back ASAP.
In short, it was a demeaning experience.

Mat from the driver's seat was removed and placed in trunk and I was not informed about that until I noticed it myself later. I missed the call from Josh and when I called back it went to his voicemail couple of times. I needed my car so I wanted them to book uber for which I even called the service center front desk and the lady was not helpful either. She could have rather verified my information and booked an uber for me, but didn't do so. Just asked my name and said she will inform the Service associate, which I'm not sure if she actually informed Josh. And I received a call back after a couple hours

Nancy does not have customer service skills. Normally when I take my car in for oil change the service light will get turned off during the service. Nancy wanted to charge me. Turning off a a notification does not cost money and it should have been taken care of for me since I was a loyal customer.
