I felt like I came into the home of Audi! I decided to stay and wait for my vehicle and the woman at the front desk gave me a tour so that I knew where everything was and was able to have a seat, distance myself and get some work done while I waited.
I felt very informed by the staff while not being overwhelmed with jargon or pressure to do something to my vehicle that didn’t seem necessary.
The man and woman at the front desk are exceptional and should be paid more.
Just really good customer service.

I’m aware that the location of the dealers makes a difference on pricing but I feel that I was overly charged.. the estimate I got at first was extremely high priced and after I complained she brought it down quite a bit but after all I was able to go to Elk Grove for the same service and got my service done for about 4000 dollars cheaper than what she quoted me
