My service tech was awesome. I had a nail in my tire and had a new tire put on. I did not think to check the work when I picked it up. I drove directly to San Leandro to visit a family member. When we arrived we noticed they neglected to put on the valve stem cap. The tire looked awful. It was not clean. When they washed the car, the cleaned all the other tires, but not the new one. The rim had dirty water spots. Then, we noticed a tear in the tire. I’ll be bringing the car back on Monday to have service review. I have not driven the car and wanted it to be exactly how I received it.

Ismael was great. The only thing I’ll say is the automated system that gives you updates on your car is off. It said my car was ready when it wasn’t. I came in and found that my car still needed about a week in the shop. No big deal, but you asked!
