Dean was super. What your customers want a service department that they can trust so much that they can send their wives who know nothing about cars to drop off and pick up the car. The wives would be treated fairly and honestly. The prices should be fair and reasonable. No extra repairs would be suggested to them, a honest and fair service dept. Take care, Sherman :))

I was scheduled to get full service oil change at 11am and was told on scheduled date it cost $ 99.0 and will be done by 1 pm. I made my other plans after 1 pm .when I got there no one acknowledged that I am here. I approached Robert and told him I am here for full service. He showed me on computer totally different peirce and service. I was car will be done at 3 pm after some frustrating discussion he it will be done by 2pm or ASAP. It was 1pm I checked if any done or how much longer. I got response soon they still working on it. It was almost 1 40 pm no update from Robert. Finally I approached to Service Manager Dean and he said it shouldn't take this longand he went check on it and brought the car.
He waved the charges with his kindness. Car was not washed. I guess it was not included in service while I have asked for it. The sales who sold the car promised that when you come for he will the car detailed with no charges. I couldn't find him sales may be he was off or gone. Overall very poor service . I will not recommend any to go there for car service or to buy a vehicle ???? unless they improve their customer service ????.
