When I scheduled the service online I wanted a quote for how much my cracked windshield would be no one ever got back to me I finally got one when I got the service done it would’ve been nice to arrange it all in one get-go also somehow all my radio stations got wiped out again for like the fourth time I’m a take the car there and I have to reprogram all I don’t know what happens but it’s annoying They didn’t pick up all the coverups out of my car and they left some kind of service key in it which I’ll bring back the next time I’m in Livermore

Kitty a went above and beyond without me asking for any special treatment. She proactively researched my coverage plan and found a way to waive my fees even though my plan had expired. There were unused credits that she was able to approve and I’m so thankful she did so. Great customer service, thank you!!

I found Katrina to have a serious attitude and was condescending to customers. She was not wearing a mask. Robert on the other hand was kind, helpful and attentive. You should seriously consider if you want Katrina to be customer facing.

Dean is a great service rep! Very efficient, respectful & helpful. I also an very satisfied with the HUGE improvement in the whole experience. Unfortunately in the past , my appointments took all day, I was kept waiting and the whole place was extremely unorganized. What a vast difference this time! I was in and out when I dropped off & picked up my car. They even washed my car, which has never been done before.

My car was supposed to be finished between 2-3pm on June 9. The service writer said he would call when it was ready. I missed a call at 4:57 pm , immediately called back and after about 20 rings it went to voicemail. No message had been left on my cell. When I finally got a callback June 10 ( after multiple messages were left ) I was told my car was ready at 3:40 on June 9. I feel the service writers were negligent. Additionally, your voicemail system is horrible.
