It did take longer than expected and I had to call 4-5 times to try to reach service to inform that I was coming to pick up car. Professional staff, maybe just busy. Also, dropping the car off took 20 minutes out of my day and family time. Would like it if all the details could be sorted over phone and then just drop the keys.

To sum it up, there wasn't much work done looks like. Dave said that the AC diagnostics came out fine but the issue still persists (hot air issue).
I am not satisfied with this service.
Lastly I had requested tyres to be inflated but it wasn't done either.
