Sat in vehicle for 40 minutes waiting for a technician. Once one arrived he said “ sorry, several people called off today.”
The drop off area was incredibly congested. Cars packed up against each other, no space to maneuver, several close calls with cars careening into back service area. Not enough physical space for distancing or separation of the mass amounts of vehicles you have stuffed in there. Only positive was that I got an Uber ride out of there.
