I prepaid for all my services for 40000 miles. Had I known that leaving my car for an oil change takes more than 4 hours, I would have not agreed to the purchase. Because of the lengthy wait times and this last time was the only time my car got washed. Alex was the only representative to actually offer me a car wash and give me an update on the eta of my car. I have one service left under my contract and I honestly don’t know where I will be going in the near future. Thank you.

Overall the service was mostly good. But, since my car was at the dealership’s service center for longer than a week, I would have appreciated being kept more in the loop about the status of the vehicle and the service tech’s progress.

I dropped my Legacy off on Nov 21 at 8:15am. I didn’t get a call at all the week of Thanksgiving even after leaving 3 messages and sending a few texts. It wasn’t until Nov 30 that I heard anything and I was finally able to pickup my car on Dec 1st. My service advisor Heather stated that their entire system was down, phones and texts. Seems suspicious to me honestly. My car part didn’t even come in until Monday Nov 30! The lack of communication was very poor. I have had my car serviced by Livermore Subaru for the last 10 years and the level of service in the parts and service department has greatly decreased in the last two years. I now am in the market for a new car and would love to own another Subaru but I will not be purchasing another Subaru because I don’t want to deal with the lack of customer service.

Alex provided excellent customer service. This is the reason I bring my car to the dealership to have it repaired. He also provided me a loaner car ( major +). Even though the repairs took longer then expected, I didn’t mind since I had a loaner vehicle.
