Heather was fantastic as was anyone we came into contact with today ( Zee). I’ve been a customer since 2012. So have spent time inside the dealership before. Couldn’t help but reimagine the interior today though. Employees and customers could use a much different work and customer wait space. The service department continues to mismanage scheduling and wait times. An oil change shouldn't take over two hours. It's particularly frustrating when you schedule an appointment and are told there's no way to predict how long it will take, particularly when you are the first customer appointment of the day. It continues to amaze me how much servicing this location tries to schedule for a single day when it is clear that this location can't handle the volume due to its small size. When I finally did leave the location around 9:30 a.m. my only available path to exit the facility was backed-up with 6 or 7 customers in their cars waiting to be met by a representative. Cutting back on the number of service appointments might help to manage customer expectations as far as being a bit more accurate on length of servicing time. Just a suggestion.
