My Ford Edge was not returned in the same condition in which I dropped it off. The front passenger seat was laid down all the way and not put back up into the original position.
My front lights, etc, were taken off “Auto” position and not returned to the original setting.
The new tires I purchased were not cleaned, instead were raw and dirty.
I have always received good service from SMRF, but not this time.
