the overall service was great and Freddie was awesome as usual it just took too long. your online system let's you make appointments that you really can't keep. I brought my car in for an oil change with an 930 apt anticipating an oil change to take no longer than 2 hours but that Parr wasn't complete until 1:30. why have me bringbit in at 930 if you aren't going to start working on it for another couple of hours.
