Service was great. Work was fine, customer service was great. Now that Ford is selling electric cars, some sort of concession should be made in the event of a recall considering there are no electric rentals. If the recall is supposed to not cost me money, the “bring the tank back full” part of the rental agreement should probably be waived. The whole reason I paid more for electric is to avoid gas prices. Every other part of the experience was great.
