I was extremely pleased with my ser ice agent however I was not happy with the technician that looked at my truck. I brought my truck in for several warning lights and let the tech know I believed it was a ABS sensor that was causing the errors. When I was called to pick my truck up I was told the tech was unable to establish a diagnostic report because he was unable to connect with my computer. I do have a warranted ford performance tune on the truck and was told that was possibly the problem. Well I was left with them stating I had to return to the shop that installed my modifications to fix the problem. I took the truck to a local mechanic which immediately agreed with me it was most likely an ABS sensor. He visually looked at the passenger rear sensor and saw it was melted. Problem SOLVED!! All the tech had to do was visually look at the sensors but relied on trying to do a diagnostic instead. Laziness Rob bowden
