Clare was amazing!! She was super helpful when we were explaining about the broken hatch lock on our car. She even came out to the car so we could explain and show her how to get it open before the repair was done. The repair was done very quickly and she called right away to let us know it was ready. She even offered to have the car washed. So nice!! Jerry is service was also very helpful on the phone when we called to find out about the part. Sue and Steve Douthat.

2016 fusion <90k miles. I am a long time customer of Ford RSM. I come in for everything, usually simple oil changes, which haven’t been covered under warranty for years. I know I can get them cheaper in the community. But I came to RSMF because it’s local, and the service is always great. Heck, everytime I come in for an oil change you up-sell me some random thing, and I always say yes because, I want to take care of my car… but also, I know associates probably get commission. I came in recently for a check engine light 0420 sensor issue (I have the plug in that tells the sensor error #). You guys took care of some valve on day 1. I was happy it was done (stupid emissions stuff) and paid $900+. Done, you even washed my car. (But didn’t vacuum it. Same sad fry in the same place on my floorboard). Then a week later, my check engine light came back on. Now, I bring it back and you told me it was a catalytic converter issue. You quoted me thousands to fix it. Freddy, the service agent, this isn’t his fault. He’s the bearer of bad news. And he did communicate honestly and freely. But I was incredibly upset when you quoted me thousands more in service costs. The first service was a $120+ part and $700+ in service costs. In all, I paid $900+. No complaints. Then. A week later my engine light comes back on. I come back. You want to charge me nearly $3k for a catalytic converter on a car with 87k miles. You didn’t offer to comp anything from my first service- where I paid $900+ to fix something that wasn’t broken. I had to embarrass myself becoming a “Karen” wanting to speak to a manager because the business didn’t do the right thing in the first place. Poor Freddy had to listen to me. (I’m sure he isn’t paid enough to listen to upset customers). You offered $200 off after I made a stink. After more of a stink you offered $400 off. It’s a nice offer, and I took it because I’m not one for confrontation. I imagine this $400 refund came from the recycle of my catalytic converter, and the upsell from the parts. Then, it took 10 days to fix my car. 10 days because you didn’t have a part. No offer for a rental. I live alone, I couldn’t even go to the grocery store. I had offered to bring my car home at diagnosis and bring it back when the part came in, and you declined. 10 days without a car. I know there is a part shortage. I am well informed of the supply chain crisis. I also know that cat/con’s are being stolen in Southern California on a daily basis. So clearly there is a need. I’d think a well managed supplier would have forethought the potential need for this highly sought after part and stocked accordingly. I honestly think a fair deal was that I should have paid your retail for the valve I didn’t need replaced, zero service fee, and then the retail value of the catalytic converter and the service to install it. I honestly think you should have given me $700 off instead of $400. This would have written off not even the entire service cost for a part instal that I didn’t need. I am so disappointed with RSMF. I don’t want to say I won’t visit you again, because I want you an opportunity to make it right. But I, as a long term customer am really disappointed. Happy to discus ****-****-xxxx MELISSA B

Didn’t fix my problem, was told they called other places and they weren’t able to help to find out they were. Had to bring in my car 3 times and issue never got resolved! Now going to Tuttle Click to get fixed. Thanks for not helping and making everything go in circles.

My auto start stop has not been working, I asked them to look at it. I have a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, but I was told it would cost $190 to look at it. And he would give me a “deal” for $100. I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be included in my warranty.

Sal was very polite, helpful, and professional. The only issue I had was that my car needed to stay for a few days and no loaner was available. I had to be placed on a loaner waiting list and come back in 2 weeks, which is inconvenient. Other than that, service was great.
