My service rep was courteous and helpful. Very responsive.
The technician’s pricing estimate for seat connector repair was way off.
I had the repair done elsewhere for 75% less than RSM estimate, and it was done in 1/3 of the estimated time same day. RSM quote a need to wait 4-5 days to get parts.
This makes me question the quality of the other warranty review that was done on the vehicle.
I don’t expect I will return to this dealer or recommend this dealer to other ford owners.
