Freddy Campos was wonderful! He arranged for my dent repair right on schedule and coordinated with the dent repair person to come in at the exact appointment time. My repair was performed while we waited in the lobby and we were ready to leave in only an hour and fifteen minutes! Defy also negotiated with the insurance company to cover the whole repair!!! Fredy is an amazing asset to Santa Margarita Ford and his manager should be notified as to what a wonderful customer service agent he is! Thank you Fredy for such a pleasant experience!
