The service writer Duane seems to lack an understanding of customer service. I understand I brought my car in on a busy Friday before a holiday weekend, however I had an appt and it seemed as though since i was just getting routine maintenance done I wasn’t really worth his time. Jonathan who wrote me up was very polite. Duane however made it seem like he didn’t have time to help me, or it just wasn’t worth his time. I won’t be returning to this location just based on Duane’s lack of customer service.

Not happy at all. I went to a friends house and heard bubbling noises from the front of my car. Tons of water was leaking into the gutter. After opening the hood, I found that the radiator fluid cap was not screwed on... it was just sitting on top. The radiator fluid is supposed to be pressurized and I'm now uncertain as to whether everything is ok with my car and I need to take it in for inspection again. Really not happy that the radiator cap was not even screwed down. I understand that mistakes happen, but I really have an uneasy feeling about bringing my car back there after this because I was trusting the Ford Dealer to do a better job than some other place like Good Year or another shop. I will bring my car back in there and see if anything further needs to be done.

I took possession of my vehicle yesterday under the assumption that the problem was fixed, then drove to work this Sunday morning and about 15 miles into my 30 mile commute and the SES light came back on, it went back into limp mode and overheated again. I was just barely able to get it to Tuttle click Ford in Irvine and dropped it off in the service bay for them to look at it Tuesday (day after Memorial Day.) I would like to have any kind of further insight as to what may have caused the initial issue with the thermostat to easier diagnose what is causing the problem. Please contact me ASAP. DONALD S
