Thank you for picking up and dropping off but you left me on fumes!! I had 5 miles in the tank and the nearest gas station is just over 5 miles away. I would have happily reimbursed the driver for throwing a few bucks in for gas vs leaving me in a tough spot. I had a white knuckled ride to the station to fill up.

Freddy did not review my account thoroughly before servicing my car. He showed me a price sheet and wanted to charge me for brakes. After I shared that I purchased an extended warranty and my brakes had never been replaced with 61,000 miles, Freddie stated that I did not need them. Also Freddy got my order confused with another customer with the same last name. Really? Freddie had the auto technician check my brakes and indeed the brakes need replacement. The second item was that my drivers passengers window automatically rolls down when I roll it up. As soon as the window closes it automatically goes down. I know this is an glitch with 2017 Ford fusion. It was fixed quite some time ago when I first purchased my car brand new. Freddy wanted to charge me $190 to fix the window. I disagree that I should have to pay for the window defect. I shared with Freddy that I did not bring the car in sooner due to Covid and quarantine. Apparently that did not matter to Freddy. I told Freddy I would write Ford a letter and took his business card from the counter. When I went back to the counter again, Freddy said he would speak to the manager on Monday to see what can be done. I thanked him. I would appreciate if Santa Margarita Ford would have their employees spend more time reviewing the customers account for auto service thoroughly instead of the customer informing the employees that the car needs brakes after61K miles. Freddy was professional for the most part. I felt after receiving several text messages that parts and service with costs were a bit frustrating. I told Freddy that he just wanted my money in a half joking way. I had repeated a second time that I have an extended warranty. Did he forget? I thanked Freddy for getting me an Uber home and that my car would be finished at 2:00pm. Uber picked me up and took me to Ford. I brought my car in at 7:30 am on time. So for my repairs was 6-1/2 hours. I would like Ford to email to review what was done and how long it should actually take- I am curious. Thank you. My message is in hopes of better customer service training or review . I wish no one to get fired or demoted. Thank you for allowing me to express myself and share my experience. I even considered taking my car to a different Ford dealer for service next time. My husband was upset how they missed the brakes and that he is not happy with how I was treated. Duane was prompt, cordial and efficient. I am extremely dissatisfied for the cost a $20 bulb with $258 labor charge does not seem rational. Although Duane was great explaining the charges. Still did not make sense for 1 hour 20 minute work labor charges at $258.
Next time I would go to other options for service.
