Question I have!!! When I brought my car in a few weeks ago I was told I needed a new battery. Went to a local gas station was told my battery was OK and it was under warranty! Brought my car in this week my battery was OK! Amazing!! Question is why was I told a few weeks ago I needed a battery but now it’s OK! Not good for your dealership!!!!!

Things almost went smoothly. Seems that while gen 1 and gen 2 Raptors share the same tire size, they are spec’d for different load ranges. Who knew! So when I discovered load range C tires had been installed (a big no-no since load range D are spec’d by Ford, and I often tow heavy), I immediately let Duane know. No problem, Duane said he would get the correct tire in the next day. A week later, finally had the correct tires on the truck. I’m certain Duane was as frustrated by the supply chain issues as I was, and kept me updated on the matter. All things considered, Duane did everything he could to make things right.

I’m quite satisfied with the work done. The reason I did not say completely satisfied as asked to answer is the confusion of whether the coupon discounts I used aren’t clearly shown on the invoice. 1- I had a coupon for the works special oil change and tire rotation etc for $49.95 when writing up the order, the female customer service rep. Explained the computer was showing it up at over $70 but the dealership would honor the amount offered on the coupon. I was then passed to Miguel to write up the additional recommended service for changing out the hoses and serpentine belts. I was told and quoted I’d get 10% off from the coupon I presented. A phone call later in the day Miguel had stated that my sum total discount of 10% would come to $183 and change. I was quite happy with Miguel also. But, checkout was done by Freddie. I asked if the 10% discount had been applied given the total was higher than I had expected. His tone and response was not consistent with the standards usually expected at this dealership. There were several other statements and actions during checkout that surprised me as not consistent with every other past checkout. He did not want to answer any questions, saying so upfront. On reviewing the invoice I simply am unable to follow the $ numbers to be able to tell whether or not the coupons presented at drop off were fully applied. I do see that it appears that there was a discount, and a line item I don’t understand, so my feedback is in the lack of clarity and unknowing whether having dealt with 3 different reps the bill was processed differently than told to expect.
