He kept my appraised of the timeline of when my car would be returned to me and when there was a delay in getting parts he let me know immediately. Freddy was great but I’m done with Ford. You’re service team has screwed me on two major repairs that were diagnosed before the warranty expiration. I swore to my wife tonight that I will never buy another Ford in my lifetime. I’ve purchased an Explorer, an F150 and an Expedition in the last few years. Freddy was great. Screw RSM and Encinitas Ford.
