My service person took off for a week handing me over to another service person so I got to re explain everything to that person . Charged me $454.19 to take off the driver door panel and adjust cables. Did not order my tailgate step cover that flew off and of course would not warranty the part. Took days to get an answer from Ford to determine coverage. Then did not order the part when I said ok To order, I need it done, asked me to contact parts Dept myself. Could not be bothered to handle it.

Told them the problem, I could have demonstrated it by just lifting up and down on the front bumper. They said they couldn't duplicate the problem which it would have taken me three seconds to do or they could have drove over your speed bumps in the parking lot. The steering problem is a recall from Jeep. I called to talk to your sales manager and left a message with no return phone call.
