Car is still having issues starting since bringing it in for the original issue. It took my husband 4 tries to get it started last night after picking it up from being serviced earlier that day.

I came in 3 days prior to making appointment so you could make sure you had or ordered the parts needed for my 20,000 mile service and ethe 6 pending Ford recalls. I was told you couldn’t order the parts needed until the truck was actually in for service (which is ridiculous since I had the service bulletins/recall notice with me) But I was told “at least we can handle the few (2 or 3) recalls that were just software updates.
So I dropped my truck off on Friday night for a 7a Saturday appointment. I arrived at noon on Saturday and was told they couldn’t fix ANY of the recall items because parts needed to be ordered and your ability to fix the software recalls didn’t exist because the interface between your dealership and Ford wasn’t working …. And hasn’t been working for over 2 weeks! Why wasn’t I told this when I made the appointment and was trying to make sure I didn’t need to return again for the same repairs?
At least the paperwork I received after the 20,000 mile service was done showed that you rotated the tires and changed the oil and filter. BTW it’s a Ford Lightning…. There is no oil or filter to change.
When I arrived at noon on Saturday there was no one in the service area but me. It took 25 minutes for someone to get my truck so I could leave (after I asked 15 minutes into it “what was taking so long and offering to go back and get it myself.)
