When I came to pick up my car yesterday they lost my keys. The technician never put a tag on my keychain to identify that it was my car. They spent 40 minutes trying to find where my keys were. They also told me that they were going to give my car a wash and they never did I got it back dirty. I have bought five cars from this dealership and this is the only dealership that I go to service my cars. In the 12 years that I’ve been coming to Santa Margarita Ford this time I was very disappointed.
