My 2020 Transit Van came in for oil change and issue with my alarm.
They weren’t able to fix my alarm which was okay but now I have a “Change oil soon” warning every time I start my van.
I call the dealership and they told me I had to bring the van in to turn it off since it’s too complicated over the phone.
Now I have to take an extra trip to the dealership since someone for got to reset the warning or…they didn’t do a oil change at all.
