Grease on the drivers door handle grease on the steering wheel and grease on the step when you go into your car and this is the second time it’s happened. as I repeated before I think the service. riders should take a look at the car before they turn it over to their client. I know nobody does that at your facility Freddie was a great service writer, and very friendly..

Hose clamps were loose on air intake, I had to tighten them up. 90 out 100%. My background is machine repair I look for the little things.
To prevent this in the future the service writer
Should inspect before customer picks up. But nobody is perfect will still use RSM FORD.

Clare was great. Turns out a cargo cover ‘pin’ that fell out had to be ordered…so I have to come back. Bummer.
But the biggest thing that did *not* get done was with something that is making me *detest* the MME: Securialert, a ‘feature’ that is very dysfunctional. The mechanic, according to Clare, said “everything looked fine” but, every time I open *any* door on the Mach-e, Securialert sends me a notification message! Doesn’t matter if Securialert is off. Ironically this happened each time your mechanic opened the driver’s door while performing service and I was in your waiting room.
So Clare suggested that, “Next time you come in to have the pin installed, we can dig in to deeper then.” Um…I made it clear at the outset of the service how much this bugged me, so thought “digging in” would have occurred during this session…not some future, obscure service appointment.
