Kalia was great, very courteous, up front, and efficient. I also want to appreciate the technician John, In my experiences at other vw service centers I’ve never had a technician explain or ask questions the estimate video. Overall i al extremely satisfied in my experience here and now will make this service center my go to place.

Kaila was great, however I’m still riding around with my engine light on. They said it was no big deal and safe, but it’s a very big deal for me and no I don’t feel safe. The part doesn’t come in until 9/9, so now I am riding in a friends car until I get my car fixed. A brand new car with less then 4000 miles on it, wow! I am angry and frustrated. I should’ve been put in a loaner until my car was fixed, instead I get sent home with my engine light on. I will be calling the corporate office .
