This dealership is why I am trying to get rid of my 2021 Volkswagen I’ve already sold my 2021 Passat the service is absolutely horrible Volkswagen is in my experience the most horrific car dealership to work with $150 to do a diagnostic on a car that’s one year old for an issue that is not something that should be happening because of the service at Brandon because of it just the horrible experience that we’ve had owning a Volkswagen I will never recommend owning or buying a Volkswagen. Brandon Volkswagen is by far the worst car dealership I have ever worked with and I have owned cars from multiple different manufacturers. Not only does the service center make you wait over an hour after your scheduled appointment time but they will charge you and they will not communicate anything.

The reason I came in was to replace an interior trim part on the seats. The previous attempt was a failure because the wrong parts were ordered. This time I came in and wasted another 3 hours because when I got home and checked it, the broken trim in the 3rd row wasn’t even replaced, which was the major problem, just the 2nd row, which was the lesser of the broken parts. I’ve collectively wasted nearly 10 hours of time, has, travel for the replacement of a part probably worth less than the cost of gas for me to travel to the dealership. The incompetency is mind blowing! I want to speak to a supervisor. I was told that one would be calling me today, and no surprises that that didn’t happen either. This part should take 5 min to replace. I’m not happy.

Completely unsatisfied with the service for my car. Believe my car was misdiagnosed and i was overcharged for something i didnt even need. Initially told staff that the battery was not working based on taking it to get checked. Was told after they diagnosed that the starter wasnt working. I asked did they check the battery and they hadnt. A day later they checked the battery and found it to be dead, which i already told them. What didnt get checked was if there was something draining the battery, they just assumed the starter was bad and not the battery or a drain on the battery from another source.
They told me it would take a few days for the starter to come in and that they had a battery that they would save. They didnt save the battery so ended up buying a NAPA battery it took an extra three days for the car to get fixed. Now have driven the car less than 50 miles and the original problem is back where the car wont start. Dont believe it was originally diagnosed in the beginning!!! Now will have to pay money i dont have to fix something that should have already been fixed.

Brought it in because gas door lid is sticking, because it didn’t stick while at the dealer nothing was done. Last time it was stuck it took 2 days before it finally work.
