Kaila kept me informed as to the status of my daughter’s vehicle. She was currently out of her home town when this issue arose and was very unfamiliar with getting this type of service work performed. Kaila bounced between the both of us working it as smoothly as she possibly could. Upon completion we found out that there was time remaining on our extended warranty and honored her deductible rather than the much higher quote submitted. This was greatly appreciated and we’ll return for future service because of her professionalism and ability to work out our situation.

Issue has been discussed and resolved. I was sold a premium 20k inspection, even though I had questioned the cost. The final invoice did not reflect a coupon I had provided. Jaycob was courteous and professional. I believe this is a training issue, not something that should be attributed to Jaycob.

I got my car back with a tire pressure low Guage on, which was not on before, and none of the tires are low on pressure. I also wish that I would have been more informed about what was going on, it took me almost 2 weeks to get my car back and I was only notified saying a part hasn't come in yet and the date that was told to me was the wrong one. But im happy the problem was solved.

Overall, I was happy with my last visit with Rolando’s service and communication.
I’m a little bit surprised by the amount of issues on a brand new vehicle with 220 miles on the odometer (3rd row seats damaged, stain on headliner, warped rotors). Some additional attention prior to test driving/delivery would have been much appreciated.
I don’t really need to be contacted about this, I understand that at this point it’s just a waiting game for the parts to come in. It’s just a bit surprising and disappointing.

I have no issue with my representative Jacob, or the work performed. My issue was that it took almost 1/2 hour to verify my service plan that I purchased along with the vehicle from Brandon Volkswagen back in February of this year. If a Volkswagen dealer sells a VW care product, service representative’s should be fully familiarized with it.
