Rolando is quite possibly one of the best service advisors we've ever had. Not just at VW but at any dealership. We actually left Brandon VW to go to North Tampa since Brandon pissed us off a few times with service and not accepting competitor prices/coupons - mind you, your competition is another VW that we would rather drive farther to. Anyways, Rolando is definitely our guy for as long as he stays. It's a high turnover position but we are hoping that management pays him well and treats him good so that he sticks around.
