I bring in my car for a check engine light issue. I found out from the service representatives that it’s my diesel particulate filter and the manifold .Rolando tells me it’s under warranty and I was very happy at this point. It takes the service center to complete this project a whole week and did not give me a loaner car to accommodate. I work M-F from 8-5 and luckily was able to borrow my parents car for the meantime. My mother picked up my car for me as I was at work. My mother takes my car home on 7/31 and notices the ABS and traction light turned on. She immediately tried to get in contact with Rolando and was told by the receptionist on the phone that he is unavailable and will receive a message to call back. This was at around 12-1 pm. I get informed of all this during my lunch break. I try to call Rolando to see what the issue is at 5:30 when I am off work at this point. Again Rolando is unavailable. My mother then takes my car back on 8/1 and apparently Rolando is off for that day. She is then helped with Kim who tells her Rolando was supposed to call us and tell that the ABS and traction light came on during the original diagnostics. I was never told about this, just the diesel particulate filter and manifold over the phone on 7/23. Kim then tells my mother that we will have to pay the diagnostic fee to have the car reassessed. To say I am upset by the lack of communication is an understatement. It is almost shady how I was not told about the ABS and traction light on the day Rolando originally called me. And then the mechanics take a whole week to fix my car is absolutely ridiculous.I hope the communication is fixed and I don’t think I should have to pay for any extra fee when I wasn’t aware of any other issues in the car at the original diagnostic.

Good afternoon. We have been customers of yours since both my parents were alive. I have personally bought for vehicles from your location. I have noticed a lot of things have changed some for the better and some a little bit different from before. In years past we were greeted with a smile, and the employees were very outgoing and friendly. They seemed very involved in the customers satisfaction now when you walk in the atmosphere is very different. It is quiet and very clinical. If you want any sort of follow up, you need to inquire yourself. As a business owner for nearly 30 years , I can tell you that Customer communication is number one. How they feel when they visit your facility is one of the most important things for a repeat customer. When someone walks in and they let you know that they have been a customer for a long time and made many purchases , it tells them that they are a quality customer to your company. My only suggestion is to work on that friendly atmosphere that was once in there. When my twin daughters were in high school, I had no problem letting them go by themselves because I felt like they were safe , and treated very kindly while they waited for both of their Volkswagen vehicles. If this were the case, I would not leave them alone now because I would feel like they would be ignored. I am not trying to be critical. Just honest I don’t want to see a good company suffer because of minor touches that come with experience

I didn’t like the scare tactics this dealership uses to get my business. Also, they gave a long list or things to change that were totally unnecessary.
A simple computer reset and changing a simple sensor shouldn’t cost over $2400!! I got the same service at another service shop for less that $220!
Also, they charged me over $350.00 for a simple $25 sensor and $650 for a battery. Why on earth a battery should be programmed at your dealerships?
This is not a good way to do a business and I’ll never go to this dealership or any VW dealerships for their scare tactics and poor treatments.
I’ll certainly let my family and friends know about this experience and I’ll avoid buying VW at all costs!

I was disappointed to hear after not having my car for 4 days that only the tires were rotated and there was a compression check. Service technician never returned my calls for status. I do not understand why it took that long. After picking up my vehicle and PAYING for the tire rotation I found that there was no air put in my tires as my warning light came on on the drive home from the dealership. Please acknowledge the misfire problem with the 2024 GLIs so as to not waste an owners time. 3rd visiting for same problem with no resolution outside of don’t let my car warm up to help.

Service was very good. The only thing was, I was promised a loan car but all the vehicles had expired tags ( which is not the fault of the service )
