I Purchased my car With almost 12,000 miles on it when I brought it in for her service, I was told I needed pads and struts. I had only put 4000 miles on the car. The car was supposed to be Preowned certified and apparently it was not so I feel like this was very dishonest.

Brake lights on the dash are on. I was told we would have to do a diagnostic test to reset the lights. Price: $243.00. I would think that if there was a problem after resetting the lights the lights would come back on. Good reason for a diagnostic test.

Alex was great. The computer system going down wouldn't allow my prepaid services to be shown per Alex. You did half the service, then the second half when realizing the system was messed up. The service manager is unprofessional to say the least. We got stuck there longer than the hour we were supposed to be be there. We were there 4 hours. When my wife tried to use the vending machine because she was starving the service manager wouldn't allow her to because the machine is in the shop area. Had to ask the sales manager to gain access to a friggin candy bar. This is why your dealer has lost my patronage. Over a candy bar.

Normally I would not take the time to complete one of these, but I found Alexandro to be extremely abrasive. I’m not sure if he was intentionally trying to be rude, but his demeanor was unfriendly and uncooperative. I felt like he was being inconvenienced and annoyed by my asking the most basic questions about my service warranty. I don’t really care if this is addressed with him or not, but I will be sure to avoid having him as a service advisor in the future.
