My experience with Mr. Kalman was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and delivered thorough explanations every step of the way. From the moment I entered service with concerns about my Jetta, my mind was out at ease knowing the problem would be taken care of.
Furthermore, I was given fair, thorough, and descriptive breakdowns of the issues and price options moving forward.
He is a tremendous representation of a great VW brand, even offering me a ride home with a service tech while my car was worked on over night.
When I arrived the next day to retrieve my vehicle, several people were complaining about various issues concerning their own cars, and he remained patient and calm, which is very hard to find nowadays.
Thank you so much again to VW and Mr. Kalman. He deserves recognition.

Seth the service advisor was great and not my issue at hand. I have had a ongoing issue with my 2020 Tiguan including the transmission and Bluetooth. When I called in I spoke to a young lady named Sydney I told her what was going on with my vehicle and some of the previous struggles I have experienced at other dealerships with trying to get my car fixed. I advised Sydney I would need a loaner vehicle to drive she then placed me on hold multiple times to “ensure” a vehicle was going to be available, I questioned her probably 3 or 4 times and each time I asked she said yes. I arrive to the dealership Friday around 5pm to find out no loaner is available and since I do not live in Brandon I had no way of getting home unless I sat at the dealership for 2 hours. I’m not sure when lying became an OK thing to do for paying customers. Let’s also not forget about the amount of traffic i sat in to get there and then to get home. Needless to say my vehicle was not serviced here and still has not been serviced. Again this is not due to seth he was wonderful and willing to help me.

The level of accountability is sub-par and unprofessional.
My fender liner was falling off and I asked for it be at least removed completely or attached back. When I saw the issue, I asked and Michael said to blame on the technician and complain to management. If you are a client's advisor, you need to check your technician's work before giving back to client. Now, my liner is hanging and I need to come back in a few weeks just to have it removed.
Secondly, I was overcharged for my wiper of $50. The original estimate was $88 and that total CE out to $130 at least. When I inquired about it, he immediately took that invoice away and shredded it. I appreciated that I was able to apply coupon to the total service but it is fraud to upcharge on certain items to penny pinch a client. Michael got extremely upset and decided to take off that $50 while completely voided my coupon. Now, my bill went from $1,200 to $1,300.
When confronted, he raised his voice and threatened not giving my car back
He directly told that he wanted to get rid of me and I should come another getting my car with manager. After back-and-forth argument, he finally reapplied the coupon and charged me correctly for the wiper.
From the beginning when I sent my car in, i directly told him to invoice everything in paper prior to servicing my car. He always stalled that process and was never able to provide me an actual number. At once, he wanted to charge me an extra $150 for the diagnosis, while that should be already covered if service is done. I confíes this with another service guy when car was dropped off.
Car dealership has bad rep for ripping people off and this individual add extra security is that statement. I need this to be escalated to the upper management and need my car to be serviced better. The unacceptable behavior should be reported to Better Business Bureau and reviewed publicly, so people can avoid this place at all cost.

Terrible service. I brought my car in at 8:00 AM for a routine oil change and multipoint inspection. I received no updates on the status of my vehicle and no results of the multipoint inspection.
I sat outside and watched the technician park my vehicle on the completed line at approximately 9:15 AM. I waited another 40 minutes until I decided to walk inside to ask if my car was completed. When I asked the service advisor if my car was complete I was rudely told that they didn't know. I waited another 15 minutes until I demanded the advisor checked the status of my vehicle as an oil change should not take over 2 hours to complete. Turns out my car had been done almost an hour with zero communication.
About 2 hours later I received a text with the results of my multipoint inspection with all green checked even though I had minor issues like low fluids and a couple under inflated tires.
Very disappointed in this service. At the high prices that are charged for these routine services I would expect a better customer experience.
