Volkswagen Brandon had my vehicle for 5 days for a service quote. I called multiple times and was never contacted or given any update because every time, my service rep was unavailable and I was promised a call back but she would be gone for the day when I would follow up and never reached out to me. At the end of the week, I decided I needed to pick up my car because I was not getting any communication from the dealership. When I received the service report, it was so off it almost seemed like it was not for my vehicle because of so much wrong information. Somehow after 5 days, I also never received a quote for the requested service, which is all I had asked the dealership to do.

It was horrible on Monday my car was towed there. Once it got there, someone was supposed to call me. Nobody did so. I called you guys. They could not find my car. They were going to go out and look for it and call me back. No one called me. This happened four times then my son called and he was told the same thing they were gonna go out and look and call back so I had to get a car And go to shop when I got there about five minutes later and now is 5 o’clock. My car got there about 1130 12 o’clock. The gentleman did find my car but at that time I was nervous because no one can find my car all day no one called me back to let me know they were still going on , and then Tuesday they didn’t look at anything. I told him was going on with the car. The car did start the day they towed it but on Tuesday they told me it wouldn’t start. You guys told me the battery was dead and wanted me to pay almost $500 for a battery. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of because I was a woman there. I am very upset. I have extended warranty and the stuff they were turning into extended warranty was not gonna fix the main issue that was going on, when I got there on Monday, I was telling the lady that my husband had to hooked up one of those code readers and I was explaining what the code reader said at the same time your lead technician came in and exactly what I was talking about and I had mentioned the fan that was making loud noise on my son I never said that that was the issue so they were calling me a liar Katrianna and the lead technician was there when we were talking about it. And with extended warranty, you have to have everything together and turn it in at one time what they were trying to turn in to get covered would’ve been covered by whatever percentage they were going to cover it by, but then when we went to the real problem, it wouldn’t have been covered And then you guys charge me $253 for diagnostics that I didn’t even ask you to do that had nothing to do with the issue in hand . I don’t believe I should’ve had to pay that especially since all the aggravation I went through Monday and Tuesday. I will not be back and I will not recommend your store at all Penny
