Michael is very nice no question! We went to pick up our car Sunday in sales that he arranged since we were getting back into town. When we arrived Sunday the keys were not up in the Sales department. My daughter had to work the next day. Luckily he had the car delivered since we live 50 minutes away. Tomorrow I have to drive her car all the way back to Brandon. The AC is blowing hot air the problem was never fixed. It’s a huge inconvenience with us having to work and driving back to Brandon with your mistake!

Shade tree mechanics…… the way they ran the yellow jumper wire is crap work it’s not even insulated, so where it’s running close to the block it’s going to melt , for it been a dealership i thought you guys would make it right ,But hey you guys are the experts..either fix it right or I’ll just have our lawyer take over this matter
