After my initial check in I walked back to the counter and heard her over the phone verifying my home address to someone who wasnt me! I had to stop her and ask her WHO was she speaking with? She told me, it was the wrong person. I recived a service video of a car that wasnt mine. She admitted she entered the wrong information. The VW service quality and reputation has gone down. Today was extremely dissapointing. A training opportunity is suggested.

I came in to address problems that arose following a service last week for which cost $2000.00. Alexandro took the time to listen and kept me informed as he arranged to have the issues checked and corrected. He arranged to have it cleaned and updated me personally, which I greatly appreciated.

Took 2.5 hours to change my oil. And then on the way home the oil cover fell off. Ask your service manager about it. It was a seven hour trip for me. I purposely drive from Tierra Verde to Brandon because I bought the car there and I like their service. I was disappointed this time and you lost a customer

My representative was very rude for no reason. He was being condescending and unprofessional. I also specifically told him not to wash my car since I had the paint corrected and ceramic coated. He didn’t listen and has it washed. They also did not even rotate my tires that I had paid for them to rotate. They also did not reset the oil maintenance counter. This is ridiculous and unprofessional and after I have my issues remedied I will never ever return to this service department. Bunch of unprofessional, incompetent, and rude people.

No communication on when it was going to be done When picked up the car when ready it had no backseat in it Then the next day called and asked for us to take it back becusse they didn’t finish it the first time . Very upset

I had an appointment for Monday, June 3 for 9:00 AM but had my car towed to Brandon Volkswagen on Saturday, June 1 as I was advised to not drive my car as it said “Oil Pressure, Stop”. Throughout the entire time Brandon VW had my vehicle, I only received one call which was at 6:55 AM on Monday, June 3 from Mark saying that my vehicle had low fuel. Moving forward, I had to call the dealership every single time for an update but was never given one. I never once spoke in the phone with Katarinna. Deja would pick up the call and when I would ask her for a update from the service advisor, it was “she (Katarinna) will call back in a few minutes”, “she stepped away from her desk, she or I (Deja) will call back with an update”, or “she is checking in a client, she will call back in a few minutes.” I had always waited 40-60 mins to call back though I was supposed to receive a call in “a few minutes”. I also requested for the advisor to call me but she never did. On Monday, the first day and actual day of appointment, when I called to see what’s wrong with the car, around 11am I was told by Deja that Katarinna told her the service had started…. Though I never received any written information regarding what was wrong with the car or what the repair was so I requested that they call back with ETA and cost of repair. Never heard back… called back around 3pm and was told by Deja that Katarinna misspoke and a repair had not been started and they are still diagnosing the problem but that I would receive a call the next morning with an update. I never received a call and had to call back - again was told she (Katarinna) was with a client and would call back. She never did. I also had requested a loaner car and Deja would call back and let me know in a few minutes if that was possible…. I had to call back 60 minutes later to find out if I could get one. I finally was able to get a loaner car and that was the first time I met Katarinna who I assumed was my advisor. Not once did she introduce herself or let me know that she as my advisor. She was only focused on getting me in the loaner car and didn’t even give me an update about my car until asked about it. She was still unable to tell me an ETA of completion time. I called again Tuesday around 5:00 PM for an update and no one answered but I received a text back saying a part was ordered…. I didn’t hear anything about a part needing to be ordered. Nor did I ever receive documentation about what the repair work was. Then all of a sudden, I get a text Wednesday at 2pm that my car is ready to be picked up… there was no decency to even call that my car was ready. The overall problem is that Brandon Volkswagen provided absolute subpar customer service as they had my car for over 50+ hours (from Monday, June 3 to Wednesday, June 5) and I never was once called by Katarinna. I was never offered the option of a loaner car despite my vehicle being there for three days and needed to ask for one. I never received a written write up of what was wrong with my car or an ETA. I was just told “it’s under warranty” so essentially don’t worry about it. I’m not sure what the protocol call is for repair when a car is towed in, protocol for offering a loaner vehicle ,protocol for when a client does not wait for their car or protocol for communication to client from advisor but I can tell you it was incredibly disappointing. I was also told that the dealership was short staffed however, the customer service was unacceptable! I would have been more understanding if that was stated from the start but instead was given the run around each time.
