Scott was extremely helpful. He was able to get my car fixed quickly and saved me a lot of money in the process. I wish that all customer service workers were as kind, caring, and helpful as Scott. I will always service my vehicle at Brandon VW because of him.

I brought my vehicle in for a reading on the computer. Instead I get a finding on s note. I was told the computer do not generate a read out report for customers. Then what did the $182 was for. Got a damn human to tell me.
If I wanted a human to tell me.I could have taken it to any Joe Blow on a corner. Instead I took it to a, I thought a major dealer. And get the same damn thing. He said need a new motor. The next day. A street mechanic got yhe car started. You need to fire the DAMN mechanic who worked on my vehicle.
I will never go back there again, our recommend anyone.
