Seth was responsive to my texts which was greatly appreciated. I dropped off my vehicle and had arranged for a ride and discussed that I needed the car back before 2pm to make it to an Appt. and Seth agreed to make that happen. I understand that he most likely could not control this when I later received a text at 12:45pm that the car hadn’t even been driven into the shop after my check-in was completed at 9:28am. My car has been serviced in the past by Austin Meachum who has provided me superb service and would call or text me with milestones or changes. Unfortunately, my car wasn’t ready at the requested time so I had to make additional arrangements and made it back to the dealer at 5:15pm and Seth was already gone for the day. I must also praise Michael Moore who assisted with my car services explanations and vehicle delivery at pickup. FYI - The new service ticket format is basically a summary and doesn’t show itemized break downs or tech comments which I have appreciated in the past 6 years. I hope this feedback assists my dealership and helps me on my next visit.

They were dishonest and unhelpful. They couldn’t give me any answers or explanations. They wanted 10k for my car that’s not even worth 10k. I took my car and took it somewhere else. My car is now getting fixed for a third of that and the people were able to be honest about the issues with my car. Not only that but the individuals we spoke with were rude and tried to make us seem unintelligent.

From the time my vehicle was placed on the tow truck to the initial assessment, to checking all vital parts including the fluids, pressure gauges...I was kept abreast by Seth. They washed my SUV..
