Carlos was very professional and very customer service focused. He actually identified a light that turned on after the service was completed and had it addressed. Hence, I appreciate his sense of urgency for the customer’s safety.

Usually going to get your car serviced is not the most convenient of experiences, however Carlos ensured the opposite of that and made it pleasant. Although I have a VW dealership within 10 min of my home in Lakeland, I choose to bring my car over to Brandon (40 min away) because of the great service your team provides!

The only reason I’m still doing business with Brandon VW is because of CARLOS,The other service men Brian that sit at the far right and the new man ,they are rude and disrespectful.When I walked in the door this morning I was not greet as a loyal customer that had been doing business with this location for over 15 years....My suggestion for you is to keep CARLOS because if he goes I will take my business somewhere else.Carlos is a man who cares for his customers,unlike the other two disrespect men,if you want to call them that.

I brought may vehicle in to get the tires inspected because they are peeling off the tread. The manufacturer Kuhmo said the deal ship would need to submit for the warranty. There is only 16k miles on the Atlas. So while i was there i had them do an oil change even tho i didnot use all the free oil changes from the prior dealership owner. So i paid for it as it turned out the service tec. “Looked “ at the tires and said it was alignment. How can u look at a tire that has chunks coming off them. They wanted to sell me an alignment and 2 tires instead of putting the 2 tires under warranty and i probably would have done the alignment because of the new tires … instead i paid for an overpriced oil change that i could have gotten at good year for $30 … need less to say i bought 6 cars from Brandon VW under Kuhn …. I will not be back to buy a car from the new ownership. My wife’s car has a service contract and will most likely drive the extra 30 min to go to Kuhn before i go back to Brandon …
