Very unprofessional seems to take my service for granted, oil change & tire rotation took 3 hours, he waited until the job was done to present other services that was needed. I was very disappointed in today’s visit.

Service was terrible. Car was there two days past my appointment until it was looked at. I never received a call on my car. I had to call about it’s status three times. Then Got a $10,000 text estimate with no explanation. Never had such poor customer support with any car repair from any shop. You lost a long time customer. I am taking my car elsewhere for my repair.

Carlos was very professional and customer service oriented. However, I would like to recommend to the management team that the labor and part cost estimates proposed on services are too high when compared to other retailers. Hence it leaves a disingenuous impression to long term customers. I also recommend to the management to include detailed cost estimates on the service reports to demo a egret transparency. Thank you
