No follow up at all, even that I was waiting for the part to arrive. I had to call multiple times, nobody answered the phone during working hours. No appointments available ( even that I tried to schedule ahead of time to avoid that problem) and it was not an option. Extremely disappointed with the entire experience.

I was not notified about my car being ready nor my car was checked at the time of the appointment that has been set up by the dealership. My car has warning lights on that were not present when I took it there and nobody explained to me the reason for that. In order for me to find out, I was told that I had to take it back and pay the service fee again. Now, why I was not contacted in regard of that matter to see wether I wanted to have it fixed or not. That service doesn’t look too profesional to me.

This was my first experience at Brandon Volkswagen since buying my car there back in 2015. I had gone to Kuhn Volkswagen for service since it was closer to my house. I have since moved and Brandon is closer so I decided to give it a try. I was glad to see Carlos behind the counter as I had worked with him over at Kuhn in the service dept. and he was always friendly, knowledgeable, and up front. I’m happy with my service experience.

I was in need of a repair or replacement of my flat tire. Since I have established confidence in the dealership, I contacted them & asked if I could have an appointment today. Although there weren’t any available until Friday they told me to bring my car in. Upon my arrival I was directed to the waiting room & advised they would let me know when my car was in service. After a two & a half hour wait Carlos was kind enough to let me know what the charges would be to replace the tire and asked for my approval. I fully expected the wait & was grateful to be back on the road! Carlos professionally handled my situation as I observed other customers received the same.

Very poor communication in the service department. My car was ready for pickup at opening, but I was told it was still being worked on so they could talk to me about “recommended” add ons! It took 4 phone calls and 3 additional hours to get the truth.
