Carlos did a fantastic job my only complaint is I work nights and having to set a 10:30 in the morning appointment and getting three hours sleep before coming in is very brutal I wish you guys would go back to taking appointments at least up until 1 PM for the people who work nights but other than that Carlos was fantastic I hope you plan on keeping this guy.
