Carlos is always super friendly and helpful. However, after dropping my car off for service I was told my vehicle was being cleaned, had it handed off to me when I picked it up and was told it was again “nice and clean”, and it DEFINITELY was not touched at all. My vehicle is white, so it’s not difficult to see the dirt. Absolutely nothing against Carlos or his service. I imagine he believed the car was being washed, but there was either total disregard, or a very clear lack of communication.

Service department was very polite and friendly.
My car was put in service because the drivers rear door latch would not lock so they replaced it when I picked it up I could hear the door lock and unlock but I could not open the door from the inside or from the outside. The sales team was still in the building I had a person come out and try to work it himself and could not so I will have to return back Monday to get the proper repairs done.

My credit card got charged for the rental car while my car is being serviced at VW Brandon. I’ve asked John to take care of this, such as call the Enterprise agent. He said he would get in touch with Enterprise, and yet, I’m still charged with $200! And there is a pending charge of $240 from Enterprise. What is going on? No follow up? ****-****-xxxx is my cell number, this is Nova Adams. He keeps calling me Mr. Adams. We have been VW Brandon customers for several years now, how about some loyalty.

This was my first and last experience with this VW service department.
1st, my appointment was for 7:30a, the service department did not open until 7:45. 2nd-I waited over 3 hours for an oil change. I received no notification that my car was ready or had recommendations until I asked Brian Vega the status of my car. 3rd-I was informed that all VW service departments do not operate the same because they are owned by different owners and I could not expect the same level of service from VW in Fayetteville, NC as the one in Brandon, Florida. 4th-after waiting for almost 4 hours my car is returned to me with the trim broken and scrapes on the passenger side due to the washer machine and I am to return the next day to have fixed. And finally, for my time lost, I was compensated with a 10% off coupon that Mr. Vega was able to find on the web. I’m thankful there is another VW dealership in Tampa that I can take my vehicle to. I will be speaking to the manager when I return to get my car fixed that was damaged by the car wash machine!

I was satisfied with the service Austin rendered until he listened in on a private conversation I was having with my mother on the phone and lectured me that he didn’t appreciate me “bashing” him because I had to wait “a little bit longer.” I don’t feel I need to defend myself after being yelled at about a private conversation that did not involve him, but I will say that all I said to my mother was that Austin told me this appointment would take 1 hour, but it ended up taking 2 1/2 hours and I wish he told me when I came in at 8:30 am that the tire he said to “not worry about” the time it would be delivered because it was supposed to be delivered at 5 pm the previous day was actually not delivered to VW until I had already been waiting approximately 2 hours in the dealership. Again, I don’t feel like I should have to defend myself against a personal attack especially after having a horrific experience two days before waiting alone stranded and unsafe on the side of I-75 for 4 hours waiting for VW roadside assistance. My experience had already been hard enough, and he knew that, I did not bash him, I simply told my mom exactly what happened. I appreciate what was done for me in terms of eliminating labor costs to help relieve some of the immense dissatisfaction and stress i had with roadside assistance, which is exactly why I didn’t ever “bash” Austin and never complained to him directly. After being traumatized two days prior, and waiting 150% longer than promised at the dealership and kept in the dark about status updates, Austin berating me about a phone call I had with my mother was the LAST thing I needed. He distressed me emotionally, further than I already was, which he knew, but still felt the need to make me feel like a horrible person for telling my mom about the truth of what happened and how I wish I was simply told about the situation at hand so I could have known how I would need to arrange my day around the appointment.
