Kimberly is actually good, I think the problem is the dealership culture, communication is terrible, they called me to bring my car to get fixed for a couple of things under warranty, nothing was done, they made me water a day of work for nothing, I don't think it was Kimberly's fault, although she tried to protect the dealership, it was evident she was as surprised as me.

My appointment was at 0800 am on Saturday morning for a check engine light. It wasn’t until 3:00pm that they actually looked at the car, knowing the shop closed soon and wasn’t open on Sunday. It wasted my entire day, then was told it was $14,786 to fix a filter and replace two brake pads. Apparently I could replace the entire vehicle with labor for only a couple thousand more.
