Katarinna is efficient, helpful and friendly. She kept me informed about what was going on while my car was being serviced. She made sure I would be able to leave in time for another appointment and went above and beyond expectations. I accidentally left an item behind and she took the time to contact me and keep it safe until I could return to pick it up. I look forward to seeing her again next year.
